One essential aspect of Irish music is to pass on the tunes to the next generation through playing and singing together, thus keeping the heritage alive.
TUNE UP offers stories of celtic history and bravery with a musical accompaniment played on a wide range of instruments: tin whistle, concert flute, Uilleann pipes, Northumbrian smallpipes, fiddle, bouzouki, guitar, bass, dulcimer, Celtic harp, spoons and bodhrán – not to forget their close harmony singing.
